August 18 press release
WALMART FOR PRESIDENT

On September 1, 8 PM, at Studio Z in San Francisco, WalMart will seek the Natural Persons Party nomination for President of the United States. Many people don't know that WalMart is considered to be an individual person under the law, thanks to the doctrine of corporate personhood. Since WalMart has already donated more cash this year to federal campaigns than any other corporation, it makes sense to eliminate those pesky, paid-for, elected politicans and put WalMart directly in the driver's seat.

Be there when WalMart attempts to get your nomination for president. Will the natural people finally hand over complete sovereignty to corporate power, or will they reclaim their democracy while having a great time and listening to awesome local bands?

A LITTLE REBELLION

The WalMart candidacy is satire, A Little Rebellion is very real. "WalMart" will be there, and the partiers will vote on its nomination.
